This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms for booking, rescheduling, and cancelling appointments with The Bone Health Physio.

By booking an appointment, you agree to the following terms.

1. Appointment Bookings

Appointments must be booked in advance through our website or approved booking system.

Payment may be required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

2. Cancellation Notice

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require at least 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled appointment time.

This allows us to offer the appointment to another patient.

3. Late Cancellations

Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may incur a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the appointment fee.

Late cancellations significantly impact the availability of appointments for other patients.

4. Missed Appointments (No Shows)

If you do not attend your scheduled appointment and no prior notice has been provided, the full consultation fee may be charged.

5. Technical Issues

If technical issues occur during a telehealth consultation:

• Reasonable attempts will be made to reconnect and continue the consultation.

• If the session cannot proceed due to technical difficulties, the appointment may be rescheduled at no additional cost.

6. Refunds

Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:

• The appointment is cancelled with sufficient notice

• A technical issue prevents the consultation from occurring

• The practitioner determines the service cannot be provided

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible.

7. Practitioner Cancellations

In rare circumstances where The Bone Health Physio must cancel an appointment, patients will be offered:

• A rescheduled appointment, or

• A full refund of any prepaid fees.
