Service Description
This initial consultation is a comprehensive assessment focused on improving your bone health, strength, and long-term musculoskeletal resilience. During this session we will explore your bone health history, lifestyle factors, exercise habits, and any current pain or injuries. Using guided movement assessments over video, I will evaluate how you move and identify opportunities to safely improve bone loading, strength, and physical capacity. Based on this assessment, you will receive an individualised program designed to help stimulate bone adaptation, improve strength and balance, and reduce your long-term risk of osteoporosis, fractures, and musculoskeletal injury. *Private health rebates Private health rebates are available for physiotherapy services. If you have extras cover, you may be eligible to claim a rebate following your appointment. Rebates vary depending on your level of cover and health fund. A detailed receipt will be provided after your consultation to allow you to claim directly with your insurer.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Refund Policy The Bone Health Physio Last updated: 12/3/2026 This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms for booking, rescheduling, and cancelling appointments with The Bone Health Physio. By booking an appointment, you agree to the following terms. 1. Appointment Bookings Appointments must be booked in advance through our website or approved booking system. Payment may be required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. 2. Cancellation Notice If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require at least 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled appointment time. This allows us to offer the appointment to another patient. 3. Late Cancellations Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may incur a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the appointment fee. Late cancellations significantly impact the availability of appointments for other patients. 4. Missed Appointments (No Shows) If you do not attend your scheduled appointment and no prior notice has been provided, the full consultation fee may be charged. 5. Technical Issues If technical issues occur during a telehealth consultation: Reasonable attempts will be made to reconnect and continue the consultation. If the session cannot proceed due to technical difficulties, the appointment may be rescheduled at no additional cost. 6. Refunds Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances: The appointment is cancelled with sufficient notice A technical issue prevents the consultation from occurring The practitioner determines the service cannot be provided Refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible. 7. Practitioner Cancellations In rare circumstances where The Bone Health Physio must cancel an appointment, patients will be offered: A rescheduled appointment, or A full refund of any prepaid fees. 8.
